Meet your guide

The person behind it all

"I found yoga when I couldn't sleep or think. It taught me to breathe past panic and stand still without crumbling. I teach not because I'm perfect, but because I wasn't."

I'm Sudesh Malla. I've taught yoga for over nine years, hold an RYT 500 certification, and have trained hundreds of students across Australia, in person and online.

My teaching comes from classical Hatha and Ashtanga, kept practical and easy to follow. I work with people dealing with desk pain, stress and burnout, and I run wellness programmes for teams at work.
