The person behind it all

I'm Sudesh Malla. I've taught yoga for over nine years, hold an RYT 500 certification, and have trained hundreds of students across Australia, in person and online.
My teaching comes from classical Hatha and Ashtanga, kept practical and easy to follow. I work with people dealing with desk pain, stress and burnout, and I run wellness programmes for teams at work.
